Appointments

Consultation fees are non-refundable once a session has been completed. If you cancel an appointment at least 24 hours in advance, any pre-paid amount will be refunded within 5-7 business days.

Products

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at our discretion.

Products that have been opened and used cannot be returned unless they are defective.

Refund Process

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days. Razorpay processing fees (if any) may be deducted.
