Terms and Conditions

1. Nature of Services

Divyanshi Wellness provides services aimed at Pain Relief, Wellness, Relaxation, Physical Comfort, and General Well-being Support. These services are NOT a substitute for medical diagnosis, medical treatment, emergency care, or cure of any disease or medical condition.

2. Voluntary Participation

All services are availed voluntarily. By booking or receiving any service, the client confirms they have chosen to do so of their own free will and informed decision.

3. Individual Results

Every person's physical condition, pain level, lifestyle, and health is unique. Results from sessions may vary. No guarantee is made of a specific outcome, complete relief, or improvement within a fixed time period.

4. Client Responsibilities

The client is responsible for disclosing accurate and complete health information including current conditions, past illnesses, surgeries, allergies, medications, and pregnancy before availing services. The client must immediately inform staff of any discomfort, dizziness, or unusual sensation during a session. Respectful behavior toward staff and other clients is expected at all times. The Centre shall not be liable for any outcome arising from false or incomplete information.

5. Medical Emergency

Divyanshi Wellness is NOT a medical emergency centre. In case of serious pain, breathing difficulty, injury, bleeding, cardiac symptoms, or any medical emergency, the client must immediately contact a qualified physician or hospital.

6. Existing Medical Treatment

Clients under any doctor-prescribed medication or procedure must not stop, alter, or discontinue the same without medical advice. The Centre does not recommend discontinuing any ongoing medical treatment.

7. Session Timings

Sessions are conducted as per scheduled time. Delays by the client may affect session duration. Rescheduling after an unnotified absence is subject to Centre availability.

8. Personal Belongings

The client is solely responsible for the safety of their personal belongings, cash, mobile, and jewellery. The Centre shall not be held responsible for any loss or theft.

9. Right to Refuse Service

The Centre reserves the right to pause or discontinue services to any individual displaying inappropriate or disruptive behavior.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts at Ramgarh, Jharkhand.

11. Amendments

The Centre reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Updated terms will be made available at the Centre.
